About MaLisa
Hope doesn't just happen
Having lost my child, Benjamin, I understand the challenge of just getting through the next moment. I am passionate about supporting couples and strengthening marriages during seasons of grief. Along with my husband, I offer help and instruction on how to maintain the ability to function on a daily basis, in spite of the deep pain resulting from loss.
MaLisa is a dynamic, inspirational speaker focused on Reclaiming Lost Hope in our lives. There are many facets in life that can drag us down from time to time. MaLisa provides an in-depth look into how the accumulation of life happenings can rob you of your hope and the questions we need to ask ourselves to reclaim it. She speaks directly about lost hope that has resulted in suicide, and the dynamics that surround that type of loss, plus other aspects of loss in our lives. MaLisa has experience working closely with law enforcement and the court system, both as an Investigator and a CASA volunteer. She has been married for 36 years, has seven grown children, three of whom served in our military, and 10 grandchildren.
